Cynthia Atieno

Cynthia Atieno over 20 years of experience spanning aviation, leasing, and banking. He held an executive role as Commercial Leader at Eagle Copters and was a founding member of Element Aviation (TSX: EFN), where he helped establish one of Canada’s leading specialty finance platforms. His early career includes foundational roles in commercial banking at CIBC (TSX: CM), wealth management at RBC Dominion Securities (TSX: RY), and structured finance at GE Capital. This diverse background provides Jarrod with expertise in credit analysis, capital markets, and asset-based lending, all of which position him to drive AMCAP’s strategic growth in the aviation & specialty finance sectors. 

Kevin Omondi

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in finance and banking, with leadership roles at Element Financial and ECN Capital (TSX: EFN; TSX: ECN), where he led aviation divisions and oversaw over $4B in transactions. From 2022 to 2025, he oversaw Intercoastal Financial Group, developing new programs and leading M&A activities. His earlier career in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets (TSX: RY) and Manulife (TSX: MFC), combined with a CFA and MBA underpins his strategic and financial depth in specialty finance. Michael brings strategic leadership, deep financial acumen, and a proven track record in asset finance, driving AMCAP’s growth through his expertise in structured lending, M&A, and capital markets. 

Onyango Leon

Onyango brings over a decade of experience across debt and equity capital markets, with a specialized focus on M&A advisory and structured finance. At SSC Advisors, he served as Director, leading more than $2.3B in M&A transactions and overseeing venture investments. He has also held senior leadership roles across operating companies, providing a unique perspective on both capital markets and corporate strategy. Previously, Michael was an Aviation Finance Associate at ECN Capital (TSX: ECN), where he focused on structured credit and capital markets transactions. Michael holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and contributes to AMCAP’s growth through disciplined execution and a results-driven approach to M&A and capital markets.
